We provide a 2 year warranty with all phones (excludes phones purchased from our 'Cheap Dual Sim Phones' range which come with a 1 year warranty.

We require prior notification of a return request sent in writing via our 'Contact Us' form, after which we will provide the returns address. Repairs are usually carried out within 14 days of receipt of an item that has been returned and confirmed faulty after a diagnostics. If the decision has been made to issue a refund rather than repair or replace the item, the refund will be made within 28 days of receipt of the returned item. No replacement items will be sent until a full diagnostics has been carried out on any returned item.
